Develop a mentoring grant program that will:- support historically underrepresented faculty in becoming more successful researchers
- provide seed funding that will enable them to develop projects that could receive external funding
- Provide faculty with career and professional development advice and/or psychosocial support
- Enhance external research and sponsored funding
